At Exclusive Motors Australia, every order ships with full tracking so you always know where your parts are.
Tracking Numbers
A tracking number is assigned to your order at the time of dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Tracking details are emailed within 1-2 business days of your order being placed, once your order has been picked and handed to our courier partner. If you have not received tracking details after 3 business days, please contact us.
How to Track Your Order
Use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email to check your shipment status directly on the carrier's website. Tracking links are included in your confirmation email for convenience.
Our Carriers
We dispatch using Australia Post, Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and other reputable courier providers. The carrier assigned to your shipment depends on your delivery address and order size.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Standard tracked delivery to Australian addresses typically takes 4-12 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the carrier used.
Tracking Not Updating
Tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch as the carrier scans your parcel into their system. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days from your dispatch notification, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will lodge an enquiry with the carrier and work to resolve the situation promptly.
