Order Processing
All orders placed on our Australian website are processed and dispatched from our New Zealand fulfilment facility.
Dispatch / Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
Delivery Timeframes
Standard tracked delivery to Australia typically takes 4-12 business days once dispatched.
Shipping Cost
Free standard tracked shipping on all orders.
Tracking
All orders include tracked shipping. Tracking details are sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Order Cut Off
Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZST/NZDT (New Zealand time) on business days will begin processing the same day where possible.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Carriers
We use Australia Post, Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and other reputable courier providers depending on the destination and shipment size.
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, customs processing, peak periods, weather events, or public holidays.
